Hey, I’m Paul, a fitness-loving, food-enjoying, dad of two who's been training for over 20 years. I’ve seen every diet and workout fad come and go, but one thing has always worked—consistency! I lift (relatively) heavy, can still just about run 10Ks, and keep up on the rugby/football pitch, even if I’ll probably never have a six-pack. This blog is all about real fitness, real food, and making it all work in a busy life. No gimmicks—just practical advice, solid training, and maybe a few crap jokes along the way!
